Check-in was slow. I felt disappointed because they prioritized foreign guests over locals. It took ages to get to the pool from my room apparently located in the luxury wing.

The pool was huge and the beach was fine.

I had issues with the room upon arrival the basic things were missing. There were no hand towels or face towels apparently they did not have them in the inventory. The front office lady said sometimes carpets are missing in the room and her house keeping would try to get one the next day.

The arrival process included a staircase leading to reception, showcasing high standards in decor and staff attentiveness. Our room was cleaned daily, and water, tea, and coffee were replenished regularly. The fuze bar provided live music nightly with local and international drinks. The food demonstrated very high quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. whether we dined in the main buffet restaurant or at the sea, meats, spice restaurant.

There could have been more plug and working usb points for phones etc. however the rooms are spacious and luxurious, with beach access.

this resort is magnificent. the architecture allows a living harmony with nature. we loved the natural rock pool. the bloom room is ideal for an intimate celebration, it felt so personal.

the gym equipment looked outdated, i saw some rust on the weights.
